So this is what is is like living in my bathtub..., 2000. Collaborative installation project.

Copper, acrylic, fountain pump, video

This piece was a part of a collaborative project presented in the Video Studio at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The project consisted of an overall audio piece, listening stations with violin improvisations on the sound of water, text of narratives hanging above the stations, and several sculptural and video pieces dealing with the contemplative experience of being in a shower or bathtub. In my piece, a nude figure was projected on the shower curtain and running water while an overhead camera presented the scene (remniscent of a surveillance image) to human scale on another wall.
